Deposits are strictly non-refundable, even if production has not started.

•  Custom-made products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production begins.
• VanityBeautySG reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances; affected customers will receive a refund of payments made.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
