Welcome to VanityBeautySG. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online content, products, and custom carpentry services. By accessing this website, engaging our services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and refrain from placing an order.

1. Definitions

“We”, “our”, “us” refer to VanityBeautySG.

“Customer”, “you”, “your” refer to any individual browsing the website or purchasing our products.

“Services” refers to custom carpentry, vanity units, installation, and all related offerings.

“Website” refers to www.vanitybeautysg.com (or any domain we operate).

2. Website Use

2.1 You agree not to misuse our website for illegal or harmful activities.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website without prior notice.

2.3 All website content—including images, designs, and logos—is owned by VanityBeautySG.

3. Quotations & Orders

3.1 All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Orders are confirmed only after the 50% non-refundable deposit is received.

3.3 All customisation details (size, material, colour, design features) must be confirmed in writing.

3.4 Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges and extended lead times.

3.5 VanityBeautySG is not liable for measurement inaccuracies provided by customers if no site visit is conducted.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Prices stated in quotations include materials, labour, and basic installation unless otherwise noted.

4.2 A 50% deposit is required to start production.

4.3 The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping.

4.4 We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to material cost changes or supply fluctuations.

4.5 All payments made are strictly non-refundable.

5. Production Lead Time

5.1 Standard production time is 30 to 45 working days ( 6 to 9 weeks).

5.2 Lead times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as supplier delays, festive periods, or technical complications.

5.3 Customers will be notified of major delays.

6. Delivery & Installation

6.1 Delivery and installation fees will be included in the quotation or invoice.

6.2 Customers must ensure:

The site is ready for installation
Access pathways are clear
The installation area is unobstructed

6.3 Additional charges may apply for:
Re-delivery or re-installation
Locations requiring special access (e.g., no lift, loading restrictions)
Installation delays caused by site conditions

6.4 VanityBeautySG is not responsible for damage caused by unstable site conditions, wet areas, or obstacles.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

7.1 Deposits are strictly non-refundable, even if production has not started.

7.2 Custom-made products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production begins.

7.3 VanityBeautySG reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances; affected customers will receive a refund of payments made.

7.4 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

8. Warranty

8.1 All products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

8.2 Warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear
Water or moisture damage
Heat damage
Accidental damage
Surface scratches from daily use
Poor care or misuse
Damage caused by third-party installers

8.3 Claims must include:
Photos/videos of the issue
Invoice or proof of purchase

8.4 Warranty repairs or replacements are at the discretion of VanityBeautySG.

9. Product Variations & Natural Materials

9.1 As wood and laminates are natural products, slight variations in colour, grain, and texture are expected.

9.2 These natural variations are not considered defects.

9.3 Final product colour may differ slightly from digital mockups due to screen differences and material batches.

10. Product Care

10.1 Keep wooden surfaces dry at all times.

10.2 Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or alcohol-based cleaners.

10.3 Ensure proper ventilation when using heat appliances (hair dryers, curlers) near the vanity.

10.4 Damage caused by improper care is not covered by warranty.

11. Website Content & Intellectual Property

11.1 All images, designs, videos, and text on this website belong to VanityBeautySG.

11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

11.3 Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Photography & Marketing Rights

12.1 VanityBeautySG may take photos/videos of completed installations for portfolio and marketing use.

12.2 If you wish to opt out, inform us before installation day in writing.

12.3 Once posted, removal is not guaranteed unless a legal privacy concern applies.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 VanityBeautySG is not liable for:

Delays caused by suppliers or external factors
Damage caused by customer misuse
Installation issues from third-party contractors
Loss of use, inconvenience, or indirect damages

13.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the total price paid for the product or service.

13.3 We are not liable for damages caused by:
Incorrect customer measurements
Damp/wet walls or floors
Renovation site issues
Poor electrical or plumbing work done by others
